About
Cristian Ponce is co-founder and chief executive of Tetsuwan Scientific, which he founded in 2023 with Theo Schafer to build AI agents that run lab experiments. He started college at 16 studying computer science at UNC Charlotte, then studied bioengineering at Caltech, working on E. coli genomics in the Wang Lab. He met Schafer through Entrepreneur First's U.S. programme.
