Madhava Cheethirala is co-founder and VP of Engineering at REAP, which builds agentic AI for hybrid network operations, since June 2025. Before that he was a senior director of software engineering at Juniper Networks (2021 to 2025), leading a cloud network access control service integrated with Juniper Mist, and a co-founder and VP of Engineering at WiteSand (2019 to 2021), a cloud network access control company that Juniper announced it had acquired in February 2022. Earlier he was an early engineer at Pensando Systems, a principal engineer at Insieme Networks (Cisco) on the Nexus 9000, and spent eight years at Cisco. He holds a master's in computer engineering from the Indian Institute of Science.
