Sushanth Bhaskarabhatla has been co-founder and CEO of Cofactor, which builds AI agents for software quality assurance (“Agentic QA you can trust”), since August 2025. He was earlier an early product manager at Observe, an observability company, the second product manager at Moveworks, where he later led a product group, and an early engineer at Yhat, which Alteryx acquired in 2017. He studied physics, with a minor in mathematics, at the University of Pennsylvania. Cofactor's team has previously worked at Moveworks, Observe, Meta, Raytheon and Yhat.
