Noetik's TARIO-2 picked out likelier responders to Agenus's BOT+BAL immunotherapy from routine biopsy slides, looking back at 49 colorectal cancer patients in a trial
It tests whether a model that learned spatial biology can read a drug response off the cheapest slide in cancer care. The answer here is a hindsight analysis of a small, fully enrolled trial: 49 patients in the main group, a model fitted to those patients' own outcomes under cross-validation, written by Noetik with the drug's own developer and not peer-reviewed. Ovarian cancer and sarcoma looked similar but did not reach significance. Only a prospective trial that selects patients this way would show it works.

Research entries are the timeline's graded entries that name this company. A level grades one claim, not the company, and a blank can mean the record has not caught up rather than that nothing was published.
