Rounds and research, on one timeline

  1. 2026-10-27
    Research

Level 3 · Checked against existing evidence

Across its runs, Enveda's document reviewer raised all 11 issues human reviewers found in 1,061 pages of batch records, and 7 they had not

Batch-record review is required before a batch of a drug is released, and Anthropic's post says Enveda's manufacturing chemists had been spending up to 75% of their time on paperwork. This is the regulated-paperwork end of drug development, which rarely gets measured at all, and the yardstick here is what human reviewers caught on real records rather than a score on a benchmark.

    Research

Level 5 · Used in practice

Enveda reports ENV-308, a pill built to mimic an exercise hormone, was well tolerated in 88 healthy volunteers

Another drug Enveda found with its AI model reaches people, and the trial shows only that it is safe enough to keep testing. Leptin is an exploratory marker with no numbers given, the weight claims come from animals, and the readout is a company release, not a paper.

    Research

Level 5 · Used in practice

Enveda reports an oral eczema pill cut skin scores 85% by day 42 in nine patients

Nine patients, no placebo, company-reported: not proof it works. The release does not say how AI shaped this molecule.
