Rounds and research, on one timeline

Genesis says its Pearl system, given only an unbound protein structure, posed 78% of 802 ligands within its best 25 tries in OpenBind's EV-A71 benchmark, above every co-folding model OpenBind tested

On this target a loop next to the pocket moves about 3.9 Å when a drug binds, and docking into the unbound structure succeeds under 5% of the time. A model that predicts that movement from sequence can be used on targets with no drug-bound crystal structure, which is where co-folding is meant to pay off.

    Level 2 · Computed

Genesis says its Pearl model places drug molecules in proteins about 14% better than AlphaFold 3

Genesis ran the comparison itself. The 3.6x gain is on its own private targets, and Pearl runs only inside Genesis.

Research entries are the timeline's graded entries that name this company. A level grades one claim, not the company, and a blank can mean the record has not caught up rather than that nothing was published.
