Amount, co-leads and the $5.1B post-money valuation are in the release of the company's counsel, Cooley, of 27 April 2026. The participant list and the founder's pledge are from Tech.eu's report of the same day, which also says the valuation is the company's; it adds 'strategic angels' without naming them. No source read states what the round as a whole is for; the only use named is the UK government's, for its own Sovereign AI Fund and British Business Bank stake. Tech.eu calls it Europe's largest seed round, as does Cooley.
